• 1. Information on prizes and how to enter form part of these Conditions of Entry.

  2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies and companies associated with this competition are ineligible.

  3. The promotion commences on 6th August, 2010 and concludes on 4th September, 2010 at AEST5.00pm.

  4. The first 1,000 customers who spend $120 or more at participating GNC retail outlets will qualify for a double movie pass to The Expendables. Customers are required to complete an entry form obtained in store and send in along with their original purchase receipt to “GNC Movies” Locked Bag 6005, Richmond VIC 3121. The first 1,000 valid entries will be sent a unique code qualifying them for a double movie pass to The Expendables. Customers must login to www.gncmovies.com.au enter their unique code and follow the instructions to print off their movie pass. Customers must redeem their code online prior to the 6th September, 2010. The movie voucher is valid until the 20th of September, 2010 or whenever the film finishes screening in cinemas whichever is the sooner.

  5. This voucher is valid for two adults to a general admission screening of the movie The Expendables including those designated as No Free Ticket sessions up to the value of $35.00. Voucher price excludes 3D/Real D and VMAX surcharge which is in addition to the ticket price and payable by the consumer. The voucher is valid for a single use only. Any costs in excess of $35.00 must be covered by the consumer. If lost cannot be replaced. Void if resold. No reproductions will be accepted. No change will be provided to consumer. Not valid for Gold Class, VMAX, 3D/Real D, La Premiere, Directors Suite, 3D, alternative content, special events or in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Customers must enter their code online before 6th September, 2010. Movie voucher valid until September 20th, 2010 or whenever the film finishes screening in cinemas, whichever is the sooner.   6. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury sustained, as a result of taking the reward, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

  7. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries will be entered into a database and the Promoter may use the personal information supplied by entrants for the purpose of conducting and promoting this promotion (including but not limited to determining and notifying winners). The Promoter may disclose personal information collected from entrants to other companies associated with this promotion to enable entrants to participate in this promotion. Personal information provided during the competition may be used by the Promoter and its associated companies for marketing and other purposes.

  8. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and, subject to the approval of those authorities which have issued permits for the conduct of this competition, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.

  9. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, Internet entries. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this competition.
